• Warehouse volunteers should be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods of time

• Volunteers should be in relatively good health to perform tasks that may be physically demanding, such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching

• Roadrunner Food Bank is a fully functioning food warehouse, so volunteers may be working near large equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

We will be helping anything from wall layout/window & door frames, build & stand walls, wall sheathing, set trusses, sub-fascia, roof deck/underlayment, lay shingles, house wrap, windows, DOW board, soffit, prime & paint walls/ceiling, hang doors, baseboard, windowsills, shelving, landscaping, detail/punch, to readying the house for partner family move in. Tools and materials will be provided along with some snacks and lunch.

Please come in work clothes – closed toed shoes, long jeans/pants (no shorts), and clothes that can get dirty and torn.
